BACKGROUND
As the offspring of Indigo Salon, Essentiels Spa et Beauté has evolved through the years and continues to grow in reflection of its diverse clients and the community in which they live.
Essentiels was first formed in May 2001 by Dee Dee Todd and Gail Fussy, two friends - one from the world of beauty, the other from business - brought together by their passion to deliver the highest quality and most luxurious hair, skin and beauty products and services to the women and men of Bakersfield.
Today, Essentiels boasts the city's largest, most accredited team of hair stylists, estheticians, massages therapists, and makeup and nail artists working together under one roof. It operates in partnership with some of the beauty industry's most influential and internationally recognized leaders and their brands such as L'Oreal Professional, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Bumble and Bumble, NARS, Laura Mercier, bareMinerals, SkinCeuticals, SonyaDakar, Bond No. 9, Creed, and more.
