Service providers and employees alike must show competence and ownership in the functions they perform and are held accountable to them, their business partners, and the clients they serve.

Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple, demanding, and competing tasks in addition to following all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety requirements.

All service providers performing paid services are required to have a valid City of Bakersfield business license and possess an active Cosmetology, Esthetician, Message Therapy or other license required by their respective profession. We recommend you consult the California State Department of Consumer Affairs - Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and American Massage Therapy Association for more information on professional requirements.
