ONLINE BOOKING


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Please read these notes carefully before booking online.


  1. To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you must first receive client ID # and a case sensitive password from Essentiels. Do not attempt to book an appointment for yourself with someone else's ID#.
  2. After you log on, please review your client information by clicking on the "CHANGE MY INFO" tab. Verify you name, address, contact numbers, and email address are correct. You may also change your password if you desire. (Passwords are up to 13 characters. If you forget your password, you can get it in person at Essentiels, by e-mail or by regular mail.) SAVE changes.
  3. To book an appointment, click on the "BOOK APPOINMENTS" tab. Follow the on-screen step by step directions for reserving an appointment.
  4. Make sure you print your confirmation number. Any cancellations, or changes to appointment must be done within 24 hours of appointment time.
  5. Appointment Cancellations and changes cannot be made online; please call Essentiels during business hours to make any necessary changes.
  6. The prices listed online represent standard Essentiels prices. Actual service prices may vary depending on service provider, service time, the products used and a client's individual needs and requirements.
  7. Some service providers have either elected not to offer online booking capabilities to their clients or have limited the actual services a client may book online due to the specific service's complexities and prior consultation requirements (i.e., peels, color, etc.). If you do not see your desired service or service provider, please visit Essentiels or contact us at 661.654.0321, so we may assist you.
  8. This online booking feature is still new to Essentiels and a work-in-progress. If you have any suggestions to making the online booking process better, please share them with us. Your feedback is very important to us, and we want this tool to work effectively for you.
