  • Responsibilities Include:


    • Welcome and check in guests while delivering exceptional client service

    • Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth

    • Book and manage appointments within our booking/EMR system

    • Confidently recommend spa services, skincare, and haircare products to clients

    • Assist with retail sales and client education on product usage and benefits

    • Support achievement of daily retail and service sales goals

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and retail area

    • Open and close the spa according to company procedures

    • Accurately balance and close the register at the end of each shift

    • Restock retail shelves and assist with inventory organization

    • Collaborate with spa providers and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

    • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture

    Qualifications:

    • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Nice-to-have:

    • Spa, salon, medical aesthetics, or wellness industry experience

    • Familiarity with booking or CRM systems (Boulevard,
      Meevo, Mindbody, Google Drive, etc.)

    • Comfort assisting with light social media or client engagement (optional)

  • Responsibilities Include:

    Provide customized massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals

    Perform a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.) with proper technique and care

    Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for every guest

    Conduct thorough client consultations, including intake forms and contraindication assessments

    Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and recommended service frequency

    Confidently recommend spa services, packages, and wellness products to support client results

    Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

    Ensure all linens, tools, and supplies are properly stocked and prepared for each service

    Accurately document services, client preferences, and notes in the booking/EMR system

    Support achievement of daily service and retail sales goals

    Collaborate with front desk and spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience

    Follow all spa policies, protocols, and state board regulations

    Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture

    Qualifications:

    Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of California

    Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor

    Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

    Sales-minded with confidence in recommending services and products

    Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

    Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

    Nice-to-have:

    Experience in a spa, medical spa, or wellness setting

    Additional certifications (prenatal, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, etc.)

    Provide customized facial treatments tailored to each client’s skin type, concerns, and goals

    Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, peels, extractions, and advanced treatments

    Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyze client needs to create personalized treatment plans

    Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and aftercare for optimal results

    Develop a strong understanding of all skincare brands carried in-spa and confidently recommend products

    Maintain familiarity and proper usage of all backbar products, protocols, and treatment steps

    Assist with retail sales and client education on product ingredients, benefits, and usage

    Support achievement of daily service and retail sales goals

    Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

    Ensure all backbar, tools, and supplies are fully stocked and prepared for each service

    Accurately document services, client preferences, and treatment notes in the booking/EMR system

    Stay up to date on new products, treatments, and industry trends through ongoing education

    Collaborate with front desk and spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience

    Follow all spa policies, protocols, and state board regulations

    Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture

    Qualifications:

    Licensed Esthetician in the state of California

    Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols

    Willingness and ability to learn and become knowledgeable on all skincare brands and product lines offered

    Familiarity with backbar products and professional treatment protocols

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor

    Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in recommending products and services

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

    Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

    Nice-to-have:

    Experience in a spa, medical spa, or dermatology setting

    Experience with advanced treatments (chemical peels, dermaplaning, devices, etc.)
